   Discovery call

   We'll book a 30-minute call to align on your lifestyle, budget and timeline — and answer your questions.

3. 03

   Concept & quote

   Within 3 business days we send a concept sketch, scope of work, and a transparent design quote.

4. 04

   Iterate together

   Two rounds of revisions on the floor plan and exterior. You drive the decisions; we drive the drawings.

5. 05

   Final design package

   You receive dimensioned floor plans, elevations, a 3D render, and a materials list ready to hand to your builder.
